This establishment is run by at the most maybe 2 experienced personnel probably on two different shifts. The rest of the staff seem to be absolute beginners in the trade with very low or absolutely no training.
Their work progress is slow and riddled with self doubt. The process of placing an order is long, as it is handled by these probable trainees, coupled with slow machinery/systems.
Though, if you spend a significant amount of time, the order is prepared pretty fast. Then comes the next issue, the customer is not provided the bill or at the least a number, hence the freshly prepared order stays to cool on their wait table. The customer has to go enquire if the order has been prepared and how long it might take, which is when they realize the order has been prepared and was waiting in their table for the past 20 mins or so.
The third and final issue with the place is that, the personnel taking the order cannot wrap their head around the concept of order customization. To them customizing an order seems to be an alien concept riddled with skeptism which they deal with the utmost reprehensiveness possible.
These three issues must be rectified through proper training and proper placement of experienced service personnel. This will help avoid or mitigate the possibility of the business slowing bleeding money and withering away due to possible loss of customers.
The establishment may be the only pizza place around for now, but care must be taken to withstand the slowly creeping competition like the KFC that has come up nearby. If a proper pizza place comes up anywhere near here, this place is sure to lose more than half...

Upon visiting your location, I was dismayed to find that the air conditioning was not functioning properly, and there were no fans provided to mitigate the discomfort. This made my time at the store quite unpleasant, especially considering the current weather conditions.
Additionally, when I brought up these issues with your staff, I received responses indicating that complaints had already been raised about the situation. While I appreciate their acknowledgment, the fact that these issues persist without resolution raises concerns about the overall management and customer experience at your outlet.
As a customer, I believe that basic amenities such as a comfortable shopping environment should be a priority. It is disappointing to see that despite previous complaints, the issues remain unresolved, leading me to question the decision to keep the store open under such conditions.
