Garam Masala family restaurant. — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Worst place to visit in the area. Very very poor service and worst quality of food. No one received at the entrance or anyone assisted for a table. Had to choose on our own, Had to wait 20mins until someone attended, ordered for a soup but the waiter straight away says it will take a lot of time to make...so ordered some chicken starter and mutton Biryani, clearly instructed him to bring them one after other pretty quickly...took another 20-25mins to bring starters(Charlie chicken- just like that name or tasted pretty weird), after that no one was there to attend us, instructed couple of waiters to bring us Biryani, no one was there until 20mins...had to pay the bill at counter and leave the place...what else can we...

Poor quality and Service I went with my friend, who loves Non Veg a lot and order a Special Mutton Biryani after 20 minutes they served biryani. The pieces in the biryani not cooked well. We asked the same to the boy who serving the food to us and we shocked with his reply.

"We served same food to the others but no one said nothing.."..

The management will not take...
