KFC — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Understaffed. Not so skilled. Only positive sign - They tried their best!

Order counter: The guy messed up my order even after I repeated it at least thrice, once while taking the order (placed wrong item) and surprise surprise (tried to deliver wrong item), even while delivering!

Bonus point: Wore a torn glove. Probably to use the touch screen console to take the orders. Then, why should he deliver the food!

Helper: This guy cleans the table only when one personally requests him to. Took him 2 iterations (had to call again) to take out the full trash from the table. Stayed far and air wiped the table as he was dealing with the nuclear plant waste. Understandable!

The same guy was helping in the kitchen. Hygiene! Nope.

Manager: 404 Not found. I might have glanced him in the back area. Looked busy. I can understand. But, in the one hour I stayed and listening to the complaints of the every customer because the delay, I just wonder if he could have lent his hand here and ease the situation bit more.

Definitely not visiting again. Might...

Visited this place on 27-06-2022 , not satisfied with the facilities and state of chicken served, to my surprise Air conditioning was not working , on a hot afternoon thats not convenient. To add to problems credit or debit card payment is not available, only cash payments were insisted.

Worst of all the smoked chicken served looks to be stale, on order the person at counter enquired in kitchen whether smoked chicken is available, i was doubtful and asked to serve only if chicken is fresh, it seems not to be fresh as i tasted it and as i suspected it looks stale , my stomach is reactive to stale food and gets upset, same happened after consuming the food here and i had to suffer for about five days. Some may handle such food but am not. I have tasted at other KFC in city but did not find an issue. Request KFC not to serve any stored chicken as people with sensitive stomach will suffer. Disappointed with Staff Behavior

I usually enjoy KFC, but my recent visit was quite disappointing. The staff at this location of Champapet were unprofessional and seemed uninterested in helping customers. I had to wait a long time just to place my order, even though the place wasn’t too busy. When I asked a simple question about the menu, the response was rude and dismissive.

There was no proper communication, and the overall attitude made the experience uncomfortable. A smile or some basic courtesy would go a long way in making customers feel welcome. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better training, because the food deserves better service than this.
