I had placed an order for a cake for my engagement. I told them that I need it by noon on that day. One day before the engagement that lady who's rude also calls me and says she can't make the cake on the time provided because there was a powercut which shows how unprofessional they are. That's their problem on how they do the cake. They have to find ways and means to provide their best service to customers. Such a poor customer service. I am disappointed with the cake I received on dec11 2023 from Hyderabadbakes. It seems that the baker lacks the necessary skills to create a delicious cake. The taste was extremely unsatisfactory. I advise against being deceived and ordering from there. Although the service may be good, the taste of the cake leaves much to be desired.
