Karachi Bakery — Restaurant in Hyderabad

This is my third time editing my review of Karachi Bakery, Tarnaka. This place just gets worse upon subsequent visits and at this point, there are no positives about this place apart from their packaged foods that they are selling on their shelves. So, I have taken a decision to not visit this bakery anymore for their food. Reasons:

Currently, the food quality is at its worst. Forget about the taste, the price to quantity ratio is pretty awful.

Previously when requested for the burger patty to be made spicy, we would have gotten it with a spicy sauce but on my recent visit, upon requesting the chef to make the burger patty spicy, to which the chef agreed. He then served me a burger with a patty blander than usual.

Usually, you get free mayonnaise whenever you order French fries, regardless of salted or peri-peri seasoning, but this time I specifically asked the person behind the counter, whether the mayonnaise will be served along with the fries for free, just to make sure and he told yes. But when the fries were served, there was no mayonnaise given along with it and upon asking why, they informed me then that mayonnaise is charged extra. I'm all up for you charging extra for mayonnaise but at least tell me that beforehand, when I asked you that very specific question.

You don't even get the mandatory pack of salted potato chips with the burger anymore, but they had the audacity to increase the price of every item on their menu. Even God doesn't know what their strategy is at this point.

So, these are the reasons why I found this place to not be good. Nonetheless, you go ahead and try it out yourself. I will never be visiting this...

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE they lack improper procedures in luggage and takeaway token systems. PART 1: They give a piece of wood as a token for the luggage which is not allowed inside( very good for security reasons). I have billed a Pasta.

PART 2: As usual I will be given 3 different slips + 1 credit/debit card receipt + 1 Luggage Token(piece of wood) take it to the kitchen counter.

PART 3: I wonder which one of the 3 slips am I suppose to give at the kitchen counter every time since 1.5 years.

PART 4: Among the confusion I've left my luggage token on the counter.

PART 5: I'M NOT BEING ALLOWED TO TAKE MY LUGGAGE BACK - Security literally said " Nenem cheyyale? - poyi chusko lopala" (what am I suppose to do? go search for the token Inside) which I did. And manager said wait until the other security guard comes back from a work who gave me the luggage token at the time of entry.- which I did.

PART 6: I've asked them to look at the security cam and/or take the ID proof or some alternative procedure and let me out with my bag. Instead: They Insisted me to wait until the security comes.

SURPRISE: One of the cleaning staff came to me and said she found the token and gave the token back to security.

My point is: should loosing the token luggage cause so much time and EMBARRASSMENT?

FINALLY: To my embarrassment and their success for making me feel shameful over the argument. I have left my paid order on their counter and picked up my...

Tarnaka Karachi bakery is just Bakwas. We ordered Frozen Cake 2 of weight 3kg he said 900rs/kg again after that he said 100rs extra for Butter scotch Flavour we said ok.... again while making the bill he add 350rs for printing the Frozen picture......total he changed 3350rs for 3kg Cake it's not a issue..... The cake was Full of Food Colour cream was tasting Bitter and Cake was totally Dry like plum cake.....he just kept some scotches in between and applyed some cream..... Taste was bakwas and every ones mood was off just because of the Cake...... I request Karachi bakery owner to change the Cake master or just go with the regular cakes and don't take any Pre-orders when you can't Give the Quality Food to the customer..... Dont spoil the Birthday Partys of Kids Hope Management will take Strict action on this Issues It's the same then From Next time I Suggest Friend not to Spoil there Kids Birthday party by Taking cake from Tarnaka...
