KFC — Restaurant in Hyderabad

This is about KFC, Old Alwal. First of all the wait time was too long. And, there is 7 minute express delivery program but they did not follow this rule. If customer asked about this, they were carelessly answering. Manager attitude was too bad. They said they will not follow 7 minute express pickup on Wednesdays and if we do not wish you visit next time, it was fine with them and asked not to visit. They did not give free chicken as promised if they failed to do so. I said, I will share feedback and the manager answer was too rude and nit respectful towards their customers. Aldo the workers. I could not continue with my argument because it was already late. I was not concerned about chicken piece but their careless attitude. If they are not ready to compensate customer , they should not offer anything like such. Akso, the food was worst I ever had in any KFC. There is no salt in Paneer burger and french fries too.. We also Wednesday special which has 7 peri peri sticks and there is none in iur order. It is a take away order. Worst experience and do not wish to visit this KFC until manager and their staff...

I visited the KFC store at Alwal on July 9th and opted for a takeaway of the 10-piece chicken bucket, as requested by my 5-year-old child and my spouse who were eager to enjoy a special treat. However, the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing.

The chicken was visibly undercooked, with uncooked marinade still present, and it was overwhelmingly salty—completely unfit for consumption, especially for a child. It was disheartening to see my daughter unable to enjoy the food she was so excited about. If we had dined in, I would have returned the food immediately.

I raised the issue with the team, and they assured me someone would get back to me within 24 hours. It’s now been over a week, and I’ve received no proper response or resolution. The lack of accountability and follow-up from KFC’s team and management has made this one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

KFC, this is not what your brand promises. I hope my feedback is taken seriously and corrective action is taken—not just for me, but for all customers who expect quality and safety...

I recently visited the KFC Alwal branch near the IG statue and ordered a variety of items, including the Chicken Longer, Rice Lunch Combo, two Spicy Zinger Burgers, chicken popcorn, Pepsi, and a Chocolate Lava Cake. While the food was prepared on time and there wasn’t a long waiting period, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The service was subpar, with tables around us left uncleared for an extended period, which gave the dining area an untidy appearance. This lack of attention to cleanliness extended to the washroom, which was not well-maintained and added to the disappointment. As for the food, while most items met the usual KFC standards, the Chocolate Lava Cake stood out for the wrong reasons. It was overpriced for its small portion size and lacked the rich, indulgent chocolate flavor one would expect from a dessert like this.
