KFC — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Had ordered two months ago... Forgot to write a review, so I'm writing it now. I went there for a takeaway, i bought the savings bucket. It took them around 20 minutes to prepare it. the bucket had pepsi complimentary with it.. The employee said we don't have the lid for the glasses so u have to drink it right there. I was in no condition to be drinking 750 ml pepsi.. and he had no change for the money. I had to wait another 20 minutes because the employee refused to communicate with me. I stood hoping he was trying to resolve the issue. I raised the point that what would you do if there was a zomato order. He said he'd give them bottle of coke. I told him to give me a bottle then.. it took him another 10 minutes, he gave me a bottle of coke and somehow he got the change out of nowhere, when there was no customer who paid in cash during the whole time. And when I got home, I was surprised to see that there were many pieces of chicken missing... I was given a box instead of a bucket. It was the worst restaurant experience in my life. And I can't write a feedback in kfc website because I don't remember the exact date and time of the incident. Looking back at the reviews, the employees have been the same for two years. You guys really need to fire some employees, they think they own kfc. And just to be clear, i did not get into any type of argument with them, knowing that arguments could barely impact such...

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this KFC branch. Firstly, the food was not tasty at all. It was far below the quality I've come to expect from KFC. Taste matters, and unfortunately, this location completely lacks it. To make matters worse, my coupon, which worked perfectly fine at another branch, was not accepted here.

Additionally, I ordered the 5+5 bucket and received only 3 big pieces. This is not what I paid for, and I feel cheated. The staff were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my concerns.

Overall, I am very dissatisfied and angry with both the service and the quality of the food at this branch. I will not be returning and would advise others to avoid...

For some reason the food delivered from this branch is not of good quality. Chicken is dry and is like rubber. Smells and looks like burnt and cooked in old used oil. Unfortunately, my delivery always comes from here. I stopped ordering online and I drive to the Sainikpuri branch for takeaway.
