Pathetic service, I took my mobile to these people as my new Samsung mobiles display was not working properly last month and there was a lady who was sitting simply said it is because of the charging pin and she wanted me to pay 8900 Display + 900 for Charging PIN. Even when I told that I am able to get the messages and notifications as well. She insisted that it is because of the charge pin that was damaged, the display might have damaged. If the charge pin was damaged, why will my phone get charged and i will get the notifications?
Due to this, I had to go to a local shop to get the charging pin replaced - when he checked, he simply told that the charging pin was absolutely fine and working. Now that I have already got it opened, I am sure Samsung people say that the warranty is void.
These people work only for Money. Ridiculous people and ridiculous service. People - dont go this service center at all. I will write to Samsung as well about these people.
Updation- I again went to Tarnaka Samsung auth centre and they ensured they get it repaired under the warranty. Now My phone is working properly. Need better people, don’t only go for money - Padma Communications… Get your people...
Read moreGuys please do some search on google regarding to any issue which you are facing on your mobile (mainly display) this people could just simply say display issue and directly say that we need to replace the display. To replace display is not easy deal it costs you alot. In my incident i am using samsung s20+, it has display flickering issue with pink line. I took it so service centre they just looked at the mobile and said we need to replace display it would cost 19k and only 3 months warranty we will provide. Recently i came to know that its already a known issue and Samsung had provide free display replacement. These people does not want anything to do for free even when company is providing it for free. Now its been few months when i revisited the service centre after knowing its a known issue now they are saying as per policy it should be below 3 years of purchase and your has been more 3 + years nothing can be done and technican who said is no longer we cannot do anything.
Also they will try to denie as much a possible showing some dents statung its physical damage. All they need is just an excuse.

Read moreI think giving even half star is more for this stingy thing. They always try to cover their mistakes. Worst ever service centre. I had a software issue with my phone within 1 week of purchase so I went there to fix it. They were trying to satisfy me that there is no problem with it when clearly even when they used the mobile for 2 min. Comedy is that one among those colleagues were telling me that there is a problem with that phone, while others were humiliating him that he doesn't know about the phone. They reset my phone. They upgraded my phone. Next they again took my phone did all their experiments n kept it for observation ^itseems ^ for a day. And they again returned me the next day. It's been 4 times they could not rectify the problem n more than a month am facing this problem. It's not only a shame to this particular service centre but the whole SAMSUNG team as a whole. They r not training their staff to exactly rectify the problems of the customers n instead the staff is not at all friendly with customers. WORST...
