La Pino'z Pizza- Ramgopalpet,Telangana — Restaurant in Hyderabad

This is located on ranigunj/general bazaar main road. This place looks quite small when you enter. The staff is very friendly. There is no seating on ground floor, however there is dine-in space on the 1st floor with 3tables which can accomodate 4 in each and 2 tall counter on the wall with high raise chair for sitting. They do serving on the table but you have to place the order in the counter first. The atmosphere could improve, when I visited the AC was running in a blower/fan mode only and I could hardly see any ventilation anywhere.

The pizza size is good starts from 7" and goes all the way to 24". It takes around 15-20mins to get your order on table. Their famous pizza is cheezy 7 pizza with 7 different types of cheese poured into this pizza. Their italiano pasta is also too good which is a mix of red and white sauce.

However their garlic sticks is dissappointing, it lacks main taste of garlic and it is not fluffy, 1 layer stacked on other which became little hard to eat. No taste of you having garlic sticks.

Coming to drinks, mint mojito is evergreen to have anywhere as it gives you a fresh feel...

I’ve been a loyal customer of La Pino’z for almost 3 years or so, having spent around ₹12,000 there so far. However, there is one word for the experience that I had today with this outlet—SHIT. I placed an order at 7:30 pm on the La Pino’z app. This outlet not only accepted my order, but they also didn’t bother to inform me that my order was not even being prepared until I somehow got in touch with them to figure out where my order was 2 hours later at 9:30 pm while my family, including relatives who are visiting us, and I are at home, hungry, eagerly waiting for the order. The manager/owner of this outlet is pathetic and irresponsible. He didn’t even bother to pick up his phone when the poor waiter at the branch tried to connect me to him. I would highly encourage future customers to not order ever again from this outlet, as whoever owns this particular franchise is a highly incompetent person who doesn’t care about his customers. This was an extremely disappointing experience from what was one of my most favourite restaurants at one point. Never ordering from this horrible...

Ambiance - It is a Two Stored place, Cutely decorated and spacious.

Food - Paneer, Sweet Corn & Cheese quesadilla - As it has sweet corn in it the whole quesadilla was so sweet.

Cheese Garlic Bread - Bread was so soft and the best it was.

Paneer, Corn Taco’s - I felt it was same as quesadilla, there is no much difference.

Monster Pizza - The biggest pizza which you imagine in your dreams is here finally ❤️ It’s 24”inch pizza - Which can easily serve 12 to 14 people. Best for larger groups, birthday parties. You can customise as you wish too.

Drinks - All were disappointed ☹️ Many improvements needed.

Choco Lava - Obviously the best ever 😍

Service - Was little slow, as they had many Zomato orders.
