I never thought I’d write this kind of review about Lucky Biryani Point, Warasiguda—a place I once appreciated. But after this experience, I feel it's my responsibility to warn other customers and alert the management.

I ordered a parcel for guests at home: a full Chicken Biryani and an Egg Biryani. Here’s what I received:

Quantity was a joke – even the full chicken biryani looked like a single portion. Not even enough for one adult.

No masala at all – just dry, flavorless rice. It looked like plain rice mixed with broken ration rice, not even proper basmati.

No leg piece, no egg, even though I ordered specifically.

Not hot, not fresh – food felt like it had been sitting for hours.

Onions were stale, curd watery, and lemon dried out.

Even the children didn’t enjoy the food, which says everything.

attached a picture here—it speaks louder than words. Looking at the parcel, I felt so frustrated, I genuinely felt like throwing the packet back at them. But with guests at home and no time to react, I had to stay silent. At least this review can speak for the silence of many disappointed customers.

If you’re planning to buy from Lucky Biryani Point (Warasiguda) – please think twice:

Ask for hot, fresh food.

Clearly mention: leg piece, egg, proper masala.

Check the parcel before leaving – especially for takeaway or online orders.

Don’t blindly trust the “Lucky” name anymore.

📢 To the Management:

You’ve built a brand—but if you continue this path, you’ll lose it very soon. You’re not serving biryani anymore, you’re serving disappointment in a box. People have trusted your taste for years—don’t take that loyalty for granted.

Even the small Dum Biryani stall across the road seems to offer better value and quality. They still care because they want to grow—you’ve grown and stopped caring.

Final Words: This isn’t just a bad day. It’s a sign of how far the standards have dropped. If you care about your brand, do something. And if you’re a customer reading this—order only if you’re ready to be disappointed.

Worst biryani ever I experienced. I ordered plain rice biryani. They served me double masala biryani. Biryani taste like mirchi powder oil rice. Biryani smells very nasty. I just ordered Egg Biryani from this place. They sent cold masala rice (probably refrigerated) + heated white rice (of course in the same packaging). I had to throw away all of the cold masala rice and had to eat just the hot white portion. Disgusting experience.
