My experience here was amazing. The customer service is very good. The idlis here are to die for!! it was truly a delightful experience. The idlis were exceptionally soft—so light and fluffy that they practically melted in the mouth with every bite. It’s rare to come across idlis that have such a perfect texture, and these were easily some of the best I’ve had in a while.The dosas were crisp and golden, offering that perfect balance of crunch on the outside with a soft, warm interior. Accompanying the main dishes were 2 different chutneys, each bursting with flavor and clearly made with fresh ingredients. What made the experience even better was the impeccable customer service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about creating a welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I walked in to the time I left, I felt well taken care of.

Mahalaxmi Tiffin Centre is one of most popular tiffin centre in the whole Dar-Us-Salaam area and is in the middle of Nampally. It is usually very crowded and doesn't have seating arrangement for dine-in, there is only standing arrangement done. The inside of the tiffin centre is not very on the hygenic side and requires lot of maintenance but hey come on its tiffin centre and not Chutneys. xD

I had Dosa, Idly and Bonda. All three items were good and activates all your taste buds. The coconut chutney is flavourful and the spice they give to garnish add some more flavours. The dosa and bonda were golden and crunchy comparatively with less oil.
