Masqati chat ice cream and more — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Never order online from this fraud restaurant..I just ordered paani poori through Swiggy and the most idiotic thing they did is forgot to put the main packet that is poori and when I complained Swiggy customer support about it with provision of pics of the parcel..they asked me to provide open packet pics of the food..like seriously why would I do that and let the food rotten by opening the packets without poori..and in first place why would I create such a big lie...all im saying never trust masqati in food...

Quite opposite service compare to Masqati super market, Careless service, no proper response, unnecessary arguments, this type of business diffenently not expected from brand Masqati

For each question, they respond as top level guidelines, I don't understand what is the Instructions form the management., I have seen people arguing for onion 🧅
