The grocery items in this store are of high quality. The ground floor is dedicated to grocery products, the first floor to clothing (men, women, and children), and the second floor to toys, stationary, and household items. Upper floors can be reached via elevators or stairs, but elevators are usually very busy and crowded. This location is not recommended for busy people because it is usually crowded and the checkout counters are few in comparison to the size of the customers. The staff at the checkout counters are courteous and efficient. This store accepts debit and credit cards, as well as other payment methods. Before entering the market's premises, a security check is performed, and face masks are required. Customers with outside goods can leave them at the outside counter and receive a token from the staff. Parking is available for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers, but it is limited in size. The store's entrance is wheelchair accessible, but I couldn't find any reserved wheelchair accessible parking...

Read moreDmart is located near Main Road. It has limited parking space for cars & two wheelers. It is G+2 storey outlet, very limited space to move around with trolley on the ground floor. Ground floor comprises of grocery items, 1st floor has apparels & 2nd floor has miscellaneous items. The lift apparently stopped working when we were on the first floor. We were stranded on the first floor with trolley full of items. When we informed the available staff about non working of lift, they advised us to carry the items in handheld baskets instead of helping us out. Kids clothes were not properly sorted as per age, gender & type, when we asked the staff she replied that customers mix them. Billing experience was smooth, however, due to limited number of counters we had to wait for 10-15 mins for our turn.
I'll definitely not recommend visit to this outlet. I've had better experience in this past at Dmart...
