We arrived at your restaurant around 09-March-2025 - 11:00 PM with our family and requested Biryani, which was unavailable. In place of it, we were recommended Chicken 65 and Naan. Regrettably, the food we were served was not only undercooked and excessively salty, but it also tasted spoiled. Upon bringing this to the attention of Mr. Vishal, the Service Supervisor, he was dismissive and insisted that the food was fine, stating that no replacements could be made. When I insisted that the food was spoiled and requested it be canceled or replaced, he flatly refused to take any action. In addition to this, when we asked for the Tangidi Kebab to be canceled due to the poor food quality, Mr. Vishal made no attempt to address the issue. The total cost for this experience was ₹1111, a total waste of money for food that was completely inedible. He simply handed me the bill and insisted that I pay, stating that after the food had been touched, nothing could be done.
