Pizza Hut | Shivam road, Hyderabad — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Staff is useless. Manager who is not present at the outlet, when called for a grievance, talks rudely & says don't argue. It was a Sunday evening, we went there & placed d order, the outlet was hot & A/C was off, when asked to turn d AC on, they said . The AC is on timer, it shuts off at 9.30 pm everyday. We cannot turn it On.

It was super hot due to the oven inside , no fans, door was closed. It was like a furnace & they expect us to eat hot pizza in such arrangement that too in summer Season. I called d manager to complain about the issue, the fellow rather than solving is talking back by saying I'm arguing with him.

So annoyed with the service, Appoint a better manager & staff who can handle the customers & their grievances properly!!

It's better to get your pizza delivered at home than going to...

Worst service with employees behave lite hostel warden. First they don't have basic knowledge . And offers how to treat people.

Friday unlimited pizza offer. They told and attract clients and their start all hostel rules like only pizza will give how many times same pizza . They don't want to change. Another pizza ....

Seconds if group of 4 people went all take unlimited non veg etc amount paid also they argue like only non veg u had to eat veg. We don't serve. That person has to non veg only... ??? .. ( same pizza repeated) which a single person can't eat more then 1.. so instead remove that offer..

. And don't keep posters and advertisement unlimited pizza...

Instead provide best one pizza also...

This is one of the rudest place have been too. The staff there is very rude especially tbe front desk guy Sumanth. We were there at sharp 10:00 p.m and this guy Sumanth denied taking the order and when we told him about the timings he didn't listen. He was so busy and desperate in closing the store that nobody was listening. We said him the timings is are till 11:00 p.m then he said take the take away but no dining. Absolutely ridiculous.
