Townhouse White Ridge Shivam Road — Hotel in Hyderabad

I booked stay for 4 nights through OYO website but the Hotel management did NOT confirm the booking till I escalated the matter to OYO customer support! It was a disappointing and frustrating experience :(

We were given rooms in the 4th floor. AC temperature was fixed to 16 degree celsius. Could not change the temperature through remote. The rooms became freezing cold in the early morning times.

There were NO towel rods & soap holders in the bathrooms. No cloth hangers in the wardrobes.

Stinking smell (probably because of a dead rat) was emanating from the bathroom of one of the rooms!! After complaining, the rooms were changed and we had to go to 3rd floor.

OYO website mentions that this hotel provides breakfast but there is NO such facility in the hotel. Clear case of misleading the travellers by OYO!!

Not worth for the price they charge. Better to stay in some other decent hotels in New Nallakunta.

Majorly there are many hotels who do these scams as they ask for more money if you have booked the hotels from any online platform. Though i had paid the full amount online at the reception, the receptionist asked for more money and didn't let us check-in. I called the Oyo complaint number and told them about this issue and they also couldn't help us and asked us instead if we want to check-in to the other hotel? Still we paid extra and stayed at this hotel and the toilets were not at all clean and dirty and the commod was also broken. The blankets were not washed and they are blood stains on the blanket. If I asked them to change, they say no. Wifi doesn't work here and when I ordered for a bottle of water, no one came to the room to provide the water bottle. They provide only one towel even if there are 2 guests and the body wash lotion in the bathroom stinks as gutter. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. On the Oyo app you will see it's good ratings and comments as they take your mobile and give themselves a 5...
