Signature Grills — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Went to Signature Grills with high hopes considering it a pure veg barbeque & reading many positive reviews although was highly disappointed due to the below average quality of food, taste & variety.

There were no mushroom, brocolli, zucchini or good starters...all they were serving was cheesy potato, corn kernels, pineapple, watermelon, cheese balls, paneer tikka that too with so much marination that you can't eat it without having sip of water after every bite. Pizza in starter was again a huge shock with no sauce, oregano seasoning or red chilli flakes being offered. Just pizza base with unsalted cheese & few vegetables.

These starters were also not tasting so fresh. Drink offered was having no sweetness & served in a thin plastic glass which was also pathetic; was unable to recognize the taste of the drink as well whether they wanted to make it lemony or pineapple flavor, not cool & no soda (children make much better nimbu pani at home).

We didn't have the courage to continue with starters & started with main course which was also a huge disappointment with average taste & variety. I survived with one butter naan which was good & some gutti vankaya. Only 2 gutti vankaya was available in the serving buffet. I was lucky to have the last two pieces. 😊 People behind me were staring to leave atleast one for them. 😁

Most of the items were off shelf & unavailable by 2:15 PM on weekend (Saturday). Desserts were the only saviour which made me to give 1 star to this review. Gulkand indulge was not available throughout the lunch. Mud pie was below average. Rasmalai & icecream was good & mango wrapped in sweet petha was the best dessert. Others desserts were below average.

Coming to ambience. This was the worst ambience experience so far in all barbeques visited in my life. AC was not at all effective. Didn't find the place hygienic as well. Washroom was all cluttered with no tissue & hand dryer.

The good part was they asked for feedback (Saurabh was very cooperative & took the feedback) which we gave genuinely & requested them to not disappoint anyone with such a worst experience which we had. They assured to revamp the services & food variety & taste.

Areas of improvement: Either don't give discount or maintain the quality & variety if you are giving discount. Keep the place hygienic & AC in working state. Restock the items immediately by keeping a check on low quantity food items. Washrooms requires a huge improvement. The handwash was so watery that there was no lather formation. Tap were leaking & flow was changing automatically that it could wet someone's clothes.

Request you to kindly focus on these to serve your customers better if you don't want to...

Hey Everyone recently Visited signature Gril which is situated at necklace road, inside Thrill City where you can enter without paying any form of Entry charges.

Well to talk about this place, a wonderful setup and awesome decor❤️ well to begin with the firstly we can chill around for long without getting bored. The staff was courteous and welcoming.

Well This is the first pure vegetarian BBQ Buffet would say it's the right place to taste delicious food undoubtedly, This place is nice for a good family outing too.

BBQ will be setup at your table , talking about BBQ taste, I would definitely say mind-blowing, Quality is on point💯

In this Buffet it consists of More than 60 plus varieties in the buffet ranging from salads & soups to desserts & icecream 😍. 10 plus Appetisers are served on table and best part is everything was delicious & on point . I loved there chat items, totally on-point .

The Main course also has a huge spread varies different Cuisine - Italian , North Indian & southindian . Pasta , pizza , noodles , Manchuria , dal makhni , Kashmiri palak kofta, breads, corn pilaf was just amazingly delicious😋.

Honesty speaking no hype review I've tried Desserts in bbq section at multiple places, but this signature grill dessert hits different, I love there Chocolate dessert (Absolutely yummy) and they also has many options like Indian desserts , cakes, pastries , mousse , brownies & icecreams. 😍👍.

Small suggestion for the Restuarant owner , Service is probably something that I felt work was needed towards. The staff should be more active in the BBQ section and also serve all the items listed in the menu which I personally felt missing,but given the place is new, I'm sure they'd find the rhythm soon

Last but not least I would say a very good spot for all the vegetarians!

"Pure-vegetarian barbeque buffet restaurant with great service let down by mediocre food!"

Mr. Santu made sure we had a great day, went an extra mile to satisfy us by bringing us coke from elsewhere (as the soft drink dispenser was out of order).

Food: The entire menu had a mango theme as it was summer here at the time of writing this. Many varieties were present but most of them were half-baked. Not every dish can be made magical just by the addition of mangoes.

Very few noteworthy dishes here. Crispy corn, mango stick, and a few others were nice. Sufyani Paneer Tikka's marination was off - it was too raw/green.

They could have easily made some great appetizer made out of soya but missed the opportunity.

They did not have the coke dispenser functional.

Main course was not memorable either. Paneer makhani did not have that richness or creaminess. My dad did not enjoy the brinjal gravy either.

Desserts were okay, some of them were good like mango burfi, mango rasmalai, and chef's special halwa. Some others however were forgettable or a bit boring.

Service: Very impressive. Really friendly and they do try their best to make sure your day is positive.

Once again, thanks to Mr. Santu for such good hospitality.

There was no person at the ice cream counter but it must be due to the huge crowd.

However, the management must not put the staff under pressure to force the customers to give a great review online.

Ambience: Simple and functional. Can get a bit crowded and noisy sometimes as there could be functions/events here.

Overall, I would say this restaurant is okay for pure-vegetarians. However, for non-vegetarians, the food doesn't really justice the price. Better to...
