I suspect they are using some other meat rather than chicken only in noodles and fried rice because I have noticed some black coloured meat in chicken rice or noodles which is not chicken. I think they are mixing some percentage of other meat than chicken for cost cutting. Bcoz chicken quantity is too much in rice or noodles idk how they are able to manage that much meat at a reasonable price. Next time when u eat make sure u keep this in mind find black coloured chicken here when u order lemme know if I'm wrong.
