Honest Review from a Long-Time Customer:
I’ve been visiting this restaurant since its opening day, and while they initially served great food with good quality and quantity for the price, things have unfortunately gone downhill over time. • No matter how many times we request them to maintain food quality, they never seem to care — all that matters to them now is making money. • Whether it’s an online order or a takeaway, we almost always end up with substandard food. • If you order Dosa, expect it to be burnt black — not once or twice, but almost every time. We’ve even had to check the dosa before they seal the box and argue for a proper one after waiting more than 40 minutes, only to receive a maida dosa. • The management is generally unfriendly, except for one polite staff member (the thin man with glasses). Still, that doesn’t change the fact that they show no intention to improve their service. • Their Poori with Mutton Kheema and Poori with Chicken used to be really good, both in quality and portion size. But as business picked up, they too followed the same pattern as most restaurants — reducing both quality and quantity. • When you order Idli, there’s a 90% chance it will be half-cooked. • When you order Pongal, it feels like you’re being served leftovers — that’s how much the quality has dropped. • The biryani is completely tasteless — just full of masala and spice, with none of the authentic biryani flavor. It makes you wonder why they even bother making biryani at all. It’s the same with every type of biryani they serve — all spice and masala, but no real biryani flavor whatsoever. • Whether it’s veg or non-veg, it’s a waste of both time and money — the food is completely tasteless
• The washroom area on the first floor is very poorly managed. Instead of proper doors, they’ve used window blinds, which are extremely inconvenient and unhygienic. I’ve raised this issue multiple times, but nothing has changed. You have to touch the blinds to enter or exit, which defeats the purpose of washing your hands before eating.

I would like to share my experience with the hotel staff and would like to get clarification on few things as below: 4 Idly costs Rs.40 (Rs.10 each), 3 Ghee Karam Idly costs Rs. 60 (Rs. 20 each), 2 Podi Idly costs Rs.50 (Rs. 25 each).
Ghee Karam Idly costed me Rs. 60 (Rs.30 extra when compared to a normal Idly and it doesn’t even have a Tablespoon of Ghee and a Karam.) . The person who served me informed that Ghee Karam Idly and Podi Idly where one has Ghee in it. I would like to ask why it was charged Rs. 25 per each idly without Ghee and why was it charged Rs. 20 per Idly with Ghee. Please change your menu or make the item available. I would like to suggest the management to train your staff and give some knowledge on what you serve to the customers and how to speak to them. Read moreI recently visited your restaurant with a group of 13 relatives who were visiting my home nearby. Unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing.
Firstly, our food was served after an extremely long wait of about 90 minutes, and when it finally arrived, the quality was far below expectations. Despite being a large group, we had to serve ourselves as the staff showed little interest in attending to our table. No cutlery was provided until we repeatedly asked, and overall service felt careless and unprofessional.
When we raised concerns, the responses from the staff came across as arrogant, with no one taking ownership or showing responsibility for customer care. This was especially disheartening, as I had chosen your restaurant with high expectations based on my frequent visits past the location.
