ZEDS BAKERS INN — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I recently purchased a red velvet cake from this location, specifically requesting an eggless option. The staff suggested this cake, but upon serving it at home, I was disappointed to find eggshells in the cake. This is particularly concerning since I explicitly asked for an eggless cake, and finding eggshells is not reassuring at all.

While the staff appeared attentive, their service attitude left much to be desired. The cake was overly sweet, which was not to anyones taste who had it. To make matters worse, the price quoted by the person who packed the cake was different from what I ended up paying at the counter, which felt misleading.

Given this experience, I have serious doubts about the cleanliness of this place. I also noticed other reviews mentioning cockroaches on cakes, which is absolutely disgusting. I would not be going back...
