When you first visit to book the place, they promise you everything. What should be done: Owners should clearly communicate all conditions regarding the space and any last-minute changes.

They make you feel that if you book their restaurant for a birthday party, they will handle everything. What should be done: Maintain transparency with customers. Inform them upfront that if there are more bookings at the last minute, they might have to adjust their plans accordingly, and there may be no compensation for the inconvenience.

Food quality: Honestly, the food was so bad that even street food vendors serve better.

Just two days before the party, they called and forced us to change the party space and almost everything else: The welcome board was moved to a different place without our consent.
