From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the level of service and quality of accommodations promised were not delivered.

The process was not only slow but also lacking in any semblance of hospitality. After finally receiving my room key, I was directed to a room that was far from the standard I anticipated. The first thing I noticed was an unpleasant odor that permeated the space, which I later discovered was due to a combination of inadequate cleaning and maintenance. The bathroom had mold in the corners and the fixtures were dated and not functioning properly.

In addition to the condition of the room, I encountered several issues during my stay that further exacerbated my dissatisfaction. The noise levels from the hallway and adjoining rooms were unbearable at times, making it difficult to relax. It seemed that soundproofing was not a priority during the construction of the hotel. I found myself disappointed after ordering what was described as a signature dish, only to be served a poorly prepared meal that bore no resemblance to what was advertised. The one thing that I love most about the restaurant is their amazingly delicious food. They're offering the best, thin crust, crispy and chewy naan. The best naan in town. And paneer is great too. The staff is really hospitable and provides good service. One time I asked if they'd deliver naan in my casserole instead of packing it up in plastic to keep it fresh and crunchy, they not only agreed but when I reached to pick up my food, they asked upfront-ly for my casserole and packed everything up as demanded.
