PremPrakash Café — Restaurant in Indore City

I ordered a Burger, here. Sat for about 30 mins and I wondered why it took so long. Finally gave up and asked the owner to check, he asked the staff and apparently the staff did forget the burger in the oven. He gave the same burger to me and it was all soggy because of how long it was kept in the oven. Complained it to the owner(Anil) and he didn't even have enough shame to replace it or refund me, instead he kept arguing about what was wrong. Such shameless and greedy behaviour from the Owner himself. Instead of being generous and sympathetic, he was being rude and a douche. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Tried their customised paneer and corn sandwich which turned out to be good but my question to this place is paneer and corn is an obvious combination loved by most of the people then why there’s no item present in the menu where paneer and corn comes together and while we got a customised sandwich for which I had to pay extra.

This is why my suggestion is to add the paneer and corn combo in the menu itself
