I recently ordered food from Cheese Factory and unfortunately, it was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish.

Firstly, upon receiving my order, I was dismayed to find that the packaging was severely damaged, resulting in a spillage of the contents. Not only was the food rendered inedible due to being mixed up and contaminated, but it also created a mess that was difficult to clean up.

What was even more disheartening was the lack of cooperation from the restaurant staff when I tried to address the issue. Despite my efforts to explain the situation and seek assistance, the staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive, showing a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.

The overall attitude and response from the staff only added to my frustration and disappointment. As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and accountability, especially when it comes to rectifying mistakes or addressing concerns. Unfortunately, Cheese Factory failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service.

This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and reluctant to order from Cheese Factory again in the future. I hope that they take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to avoid similar incidents in the future.

Worst experience i had, i placed an order around 11 PM of white sauce pasta and fries. It got delivered with the horrible packaging, the whole pasta was spilling out and the amount of tape in covering the packing that took me around 10 mins to remove the tape. Give a box when there is a liquid item not in a thin cardboard covering which would gonna soften in delivering. About food, there was a pure liquid cheese and mayo sauce in pasta with no veggies.
