Got a good vibe with ample parking and then getting inside the dining area. They brought in a new concept of converting a rail coach into good restaurant with amazing ambience. This was the end of good feel about this place and then it was a down slope all the way from.starters to the main course. Service was pathetic, wait time was endless for the servings and we had to remind multiple times for getting water or cutlery or anything for that matter. My soup went cold waiting for the spoon, had to wait a good 30 min when we had to order for additional dish and breads and finally when we already had enough of this BS, we were given bill for items we didn't order. I ended up paying the full bill and asked the waiter to take the extra amount from the manager once they correct the bill as I couldn't wait more. I recently had dinner here and, unfortunately, had an unpleasant experience with their service. They served us the wrong dish, which we fortunately noticed because we could differentiate. However, this raises a serious concern—what if someone who wasn’t familiar with the dish unknowingly consumed something they didn’t order or were allergic to?

When we pointed out the mistake, they changed the dish but gave a very unprofessional excuse instead of accepting responsibility. This kind of carelessness and response is disappointing, especially in a hospitality setting where accuracy and customer satisfaction should be a priority.
