ZOCA Cafe — Restaurant in Indore City

(06/01) We went there at around 9:30 pm to have dinner. Ordered strawberry shake 3/5, Choco chip frappe 2/5 , Tandoori paneer cheese Burst pizza 1/5 , garlic bread 2/5 and white sauce pasta 3/5.Lots of flies were there , we had to guard our food, they should install insect killer machine. Ambience was just ok , paint was chipping off, even though 3 ACs were there cooling was not up to the mark , cushioned sofa seats were not at all comfortable to sit , sauce was being served in a tiny bowl instead of squeeze bottle, only forks and spoons were there in cutlery no sign of knife , service was very slow, you'll loose your appetite due to this delay . Last but not the least , overpriced. For all the above mentioned items we paid 990 rupees.

Update(10/24): lol it took ZOCA cafe 4 months to come up with a made up story. Hats off to you , the bad reviews are consistent , no wonder I'm not the only one calling out your food bland. I Pity you , instead of giving fake replies you could have tried to improve your...

Nice ambience, but equally weird service and staff, Advertised a offer of 1+1 on drinks, but fails to mention 1+1 on which size even while ordering the guy fails to provide clarification.

Biggest upset- they don't have GST number on their bill, while they are charging compulsory service charge on top of the amount, service charge for what, going to the counter to place order and going to counter again to pay the bill, again, service charge for what? and the guy says that they have a tie-up with the government??? Bro come-on grow up you living in 2025, you can do better than this.

Taste and food quality 1/5 absolute soggy and undercooked stale French fries Hazelnut and caramel coffee 3/5 taste was mediocre but absolute robbery for amount of portion served.
