Jharokha Restaurant at Arihant Palace, Jabalpur offers a truly enjoyable dining experience with a relaxing ambiance and warm hospitality. The interior has a classic, elegant touch and is well-suited for families and small groups looking for a peaceful meal. The North Indian food served here is both rich in flavor and satisfying in portion. The Kaju Kari stands out with its deliciously creamy texture and well-balanced spices – truly a treat for cashew lovers. The Kadhai Paneer is equally flavorful, with soft paneer cubes cooked in a thick, aromatic gravy. To accompany the mains, a variety of breads like tawa roti and tandoori roti are served fresh and warm. The Dal Fry is comforting and hearty, and pairs perfectly with Jeera Rice, which is light and aromatic. Classic accompaniments like papad and salad add a fresh and crunchy element to the meal, while the traditional sweets offered at the end give a satisfying finish to the dining experience. Service is prompt and staff members are courteous and attentive. Overall, Jharokha delivers on both taste and experience. It’s a great choice for anyone in Jabalpur looking for quality vegetarian food in a clean and welcoming setting.

This used to be one of my go-to spots for vegetarian food, so it’s honestly a bit sad to say that my recent visit was a letdown. I ordered my all-time favorites — garlic naan, paneer sizzler, crispy veg, and Hakka noodles — dishes I’ve loved here in the past. But this time, everything just felt off. There was a strange bitter taste across most of the food, which makes me think the oil might’ve been reused too many times. The paneer sizzler, which used to be a highlight, was bland and lacked that sizzling punch it once had. The garlic naan had raw garlic instead of that roasted, mellow flavor it should’ve had. It just wasn’t a pleasant experience, and sadly, I won’t be going back anytime soon. I really hope they get things back on track because this place used to be a favorite — and it’d be great to see it bounce back to what it once was.

Do not visit this restaurant if you don't want to waste your time and energy. We had ordered For starters: • Cream of tomato soup • Hara Bhara Kabab • Sweet Corn Starters were just okay, although soup was watery. For the main course: • Paneer Mushroom masala : DO NOT ORDER THIS DISH. It was the most pathetic gravey you'll ever taste. • Dal : it was fine • Naan: Chwey and soggy • Rice : Okay • Veg Khadai : Bland and had no taste For desserts; we ordered • Rasmalai •Ice cream Rasmalai felt like it was washed from water before putting in the malai. Please do not order. Food is bad. Overpriced. Service is pathetic.
