Pizza Hut | Russel Chowk, Jabalpur — Restaurant in Jabalpur

I always used to prefer Pizza hut over Dominos until now. I had the worst dining experience ever on 18th May’2023. First of all there were 3-4 AC in the restaurant but none of them was in working condition. Upon asking one lady staff said “Pls take takeout and have elsewhere instead “. We ordered Kadhai Pizza , Baked Wings, Exotica Garlic bread and chicken Melts. Total bill was Rs. 941/- The only decent item was Baked wings. Melts was below standard. The worst items were Pizza and Garlic bread. Pizza dough was bad sour and chewy. Garlic Bread was stale , falling apart and they gave Loads of tiny cut Tomatoes (u r supposed to give good quantity jalapeños and olives too) and It was a bit foul smelling so i called the staff to check. The guy said its smell of mayo put on the bread. I told the guy for garlic bread u are supposed to put Fresh grated cheese and not mayo. Since the Bread was foul smelling we returned it and staff gave us Bread Sticks. Even though there was no cheese the bread taste was horrible and had a weird unpalatable smell. We left the entire item and walked away in disgust. Do not ever visit this store. Later i learnt from reviews that AC is not working since 4 months. What a sorry state...

Tried it yesterday after a year.. Had a real bad experience. Ordered sumthing...n d pizza was nt wat i ordered. I told them....n they suggested that wat u didnt want in it...we ll remove.... Gosh it was d worst suggestion. N then they replaced d pizza.....n again it was not wat i ordered....capsicum was missing again. Then on telling them....they said they will give complimentari garlic bread with a dip....we were like fine. N then they gave just garlic bread....no dip. On asking for it...said its payable. Man i paid for wat ...they didnt even served n now want me to pay again.

WORST EXPERIENCE. WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN...N WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO...

Worst place to have pizza! As I am vegetarian so I can't recommend anyone to visit here as it's living hell for vegetarian people like me. I usually order pizza from here but everytime I order from here everytime I faced the problem one of the major concern 'bout this place is that they send the pizza with having the non veg seal on it that very much disgusting for me and should be for every vegetarian out there. And the staff is very unresponsive and every time say sorry and do nothing and many times they give pizza without a seal that leads to cool pizza very easily.... I just sumrrise in one...
