Today our son 1rst birthday at Hotel Subhvillas , Athena Restaurant, and it was absolutely fantastic! The arrangement, the decoration, the food, and the service were all excellent. Everything was very well organized, and the service was so smooth that we didn’t have to ask for anything. Special thanks to Praveen Singh Mehta, the F&B Manager here, who was very cooperative and active throughout the event. We didn’t need to ask for anything; he took care of everything. Even with the timing, since the restaurant usually closes at 11, we were there past midnight and they still accommodated us wonderfully. Based on our experience, everyone who attended would definitely choose this place for any future events as well. We will highly recommend Athena Restaurant at Hotel Subilas to everyone. The experience I had can't be expressed in words. It was a very horrible experience. Service was worst and the manager (Mr. Mool Singh) was very rude. We asked for Jain Food and the service of which was really slow. The owner charged us extra 3-4 thousand for no reason even though 3-4 people didn't even touch the dinner and we were served with an extra cost for no reason. They charged full payment of a 3 years old child as well. Waiters were very slow. Had call them 4-5 times to get our food and water served. The GSTN was also not printed in the bill.
