Classic Restaurant — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Experienced very pathetic service and rude behaviour from the manager. We just ordered daal and sev tamatar which they couldn't serve us even after waiting for 1 hr. They kept saying that it will be served in 5mins, but it was the story after every 5mins. The restaurant wasn't even fully occupied but they were taking this much time for the above order where daal is almost readily available everywhere.

The manager/staff was interested in serving more on online orders compared to the people sitting for dining. After talking about this to the manager, he mentioned that you can leave if you want but this is how they will continue and wasn't even apologizing for this service. We had to leave and find another place for dining after wasting around 1hr. Worst...

Second Review: Rating reduced to 4. Getting crowded and service has got degraded drastically. Giving more priority to Swiggy orders and customers in large groups.

First Review: Good Food at an optimal and genuine prize, you should visit this place. Good staff with polite behaviour. Manager is courteous and open to the candid feedback. Not a place for good views and to celebrate a special ocassion but the restaurant provides T.V for entertainment while you dine. Good place to go while a cricket match is ongoing. After roaming around in Jaipur and battling with it traffic here comes dinner time and one of my friend taken us to this restaurant. Menu ordered some hardcore desi dishes makke ki roti, sarsoda saad, dal makhani, etc. And found out they were tasty. Ambiance of restaurant not so great. Overall...
