Brown sugar knows how to spoil anyoneâs special day. Courtesy is a prerequisite when it comes to hospitality. But it is completely missing in Raja Park outlet. They think that they make worlds best cake so they have right to spoil other peopleâs day. âOther places cakw you arenât allowed to haveâ -why because it is brown sugar pwn will. We visited for a brunch and to cut cake there, we placed order for good and waited for 15 mins, then the staff comes and says âBahar ka cake allowed nahi haiâ .. They didnât mention when friends brought the cake. Please understand that, if you are into baking, donât compel your baking to be served everywhere, please accept the fact that friends can bring cake on their own and as a part of coutesy towards someones special day, one should know how to speak. Worst experience ever. I hope this feedback reaches to the right person and kisi ka din na khrab ho. In the end I had to leave the place after wasting half and...

I recently visited Brown Sugar at Raja Park for a coffee and left thoroughly disappointed. I ordered a Macchiato, which they didnât have, so I requested a double espresso with some milk instead. To my surprise, I was charged for two items: an espresso and a cappuccino.

If the milk had an additional charge, it should have been communicated clearly. Instead, it felt like either a lack of understanding or an intentional attempt to overcharge.
This experience left a bad taste, and I decided to leave without completing my order. I hope the management takes note of such practices and improves their transparency and...
Read moreI recently ordered a birthday cake for my daughterâs 9th birthday from Brown Sugar Rajapark, and unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. While the cake looked decent visually, the taste was a different story altogether.
The buttercream frosting was extremely sweet and lacked any real flavor. It felt like it was just sugar and nothing more. The cake sponge itself was of poor quality â dry, bland, and honestly tasted like it was sourced from a local, low-tier bakery. It really felt like they just slapped their branding on something not made in-house.
For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. This was far from worth it. Overall, a very underwhelming and frustrating experience, especially for a special occasion. None of our guests ate the cake! Definitely...
