Buffet House — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

I can't be more happy and thankful for their service and food. The staff was really amazing and helpful. My family and I visited restaurant at the closing time due to our car broken, even then they served us whatever we ordered and didn't say that we don't have this and that on the menu even when it was already closed.

Managers and other staff took a good care of our needs and provided amazing hospitality.

Regarding, it was one of the finest food we had in Jaipur, it was our good choice and their love that made our Lil struggle time go easy. Food was honestly amazing and No complaints with their service.

Even though it was too late, they waited for us as we ordered Uber and sat for around 30-40 minutes and they didn't say anything. Instead help us for getting mechanic and taking care of our broken car...

I seriously can't say the kind of help we have received and the way they provided service. I would like to thank and pray for good wishes to such a kind and beautiful people.

I visited Buffet House with my family to celebrate my father's birthday. We ordered macaroni, malai kofta, dal, naan, and roti. While the macaroni and other items were quite good, the dal had a foul smell and seemed spoiled. When I raised this issue with the waiter, I was told that others had ordered the same and didn’t complain, which felt dismissive and unprofessional.

The ambience was also disappointing—quite noisy with children crying and loud conversations all around. The waiter stood very close to our table for a long time, which made us uncomfortable and disrupted our privacy.

Our total bill was ₹1339, and considering the overall experience, I don't feel it was worth it. Definitely room for improvement in both food quality...

During Last one week , I visited this place twice and the food was pathetic both the times plus After asking many times for water and bowls they dont listen. Staff behaviour particularly manager who told me his name Lalchand was very rude. When i asked him to give feedback book, he denied and gave me a piece of paper. I visited twice despite pathetic food because 2 years ago i found here good taste and good environment.The change over the time i observed was-

1. The quality of the food has been decreased drastically.
2. Staff behaviour is bad.
3. The money making approach by unfair addition of items in the bill.
4. During rush hours, there is no service at all. I am giving one star because there is no option of Zero or...
