I visited this place to try their North Indian cuisine, though their South Indian offerings might be better.
I ordered a North Indian thali priced at ₹350. Unfortunately, it was quite underwhelming. The thali included only two very thin chapatis, and the Dal Tadka resembled khichdi more than a proper dal. Portion sizes were quite small and not enough to satisfy even one person.
The only highlight was the Paneer Butter Masala, which was genuinely flavorful, and the papad was fine too. However, I was charged ₹40 for an extra chapati, even though the menu mentioned ₹25 — this inconsistency should be addressed. Also, the menu listed ice cream as part of the thali, but it wasn’t served. When I inquired, the staff said only one dessert item (sweet or ice cream) is included. This should be clearly communicated upfront.
The ambience was quite nice, which I appreciate.
However, a serious concern was the behavior of the staff — a few of them kept staring and laughing while I was dining with my wife. It made her feel quite uncomfortable and really affected our overall experience.
Hope the management takes note and improves both service clarity and staff behavior.
Also please remove North Indian from your Outdoor Board if you only serve thali as a food...

Respose: Thanks for your reply, but just to clarify — we had already placed two separate orders. Between them, we were simply checking on some off-menu items that your staff confirmed were available.
The issue isn't about how long we sat — it's about how your server spoke to us, with clear attitude and unprofessionalism. The restaurant wasn’t even full, so the excuse of table turnaround doesn’t really hold.
Instead of calling our review untrue, maybe focus on how your team interacts with customers. That’s what truly makes the difference.
Hope you will consider the feedback and work on it....
