Extremely Unprofessional Delivery Service. Ordered from Domino's late at night via Swiggy, and the delivery experience was the worst. Unlike Swiggy, Zomato, Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms that deliver directly to my location without any issues, Domino’s delivery partner refused to come inside my area (even after accepting the order and charging delivery fees).

The delivery guy called from 300 meters away on the main road, saying, "Sir, come and take your order; we don’t deliver inside." When I refused and asked him to either deliver properly or return the order, he finally came but mentioned they don’t deliver inside kacchi basti due to "safety concerns." However, all other platforms deliver without any problems, even carrying expensive products.

The next day, I got a feedback call from the store, expecting them to acknowledge their mistake, but instead, the representative rudely said, "Sir, we work like this, don’t order next time." Such a response from a reputed brand is shocking.

If they have restrictions on delivering to certain locations, they should not accept the order in the first place rather than taking payment and then refusing service. Highly unprofessional behavior from this...

Earlier this place used to be good but now it has become trash

there are many many defects in their delivery it happened to me and some of my friends too ill just quote them so u can see what i mean

"Absolutely dumbfounded managers, and so is the staff. Had ordered at 2:30 PM and it wasn't delivered even in an hour, i called them and they told me to wait for 15 minutes, another hour passed by and they stopped picking up my phone, i drove down there only to realise none of them had started even preparing the order, because "there was no delivery person" they could've mentioned earlier and it would've been much better, but their staff is just under trained. It wasn't only me there were many different people there with the same complaint, the manager looked like he couldn't even care about parties being ruined, then after writing an aggressive review they offered to give 300 of their points in the dominoes wallet which is useless
