Please don’t order from here. Har baar app pe home delivery dikhate hain, ₹40 charge bhi lete hain, lekin delivery boy hota hi nahi. Order karne ke baad turant call aata hai – “Sir, delivery boy available nahi hai, outlet se le jaiye.” Toh option live kyun hai?
Months se yehhi ho raha hai. Har baar wahi scripted dialogue: “Humne seniors ko bola hai band karne ko.” Par kuch bhi band nahi hota.
Main khud 3KM jaake pizza lekar aaya, fir bhi ₹40 delivery charge gyaa. Yeh customer ke saath धोखा है. Agar delivery nahi ho sakti toh option hatao. Aise fake delivery service ke liye Domino’s brand ko शर्म आनी चाहिए.
Avoid this outlet unless you want to waste time, fuel, and patience.
Extremely Disappointed with Domino's Service
I’ve had repeated bad experiences with Domino’s, and it’s frustrating now. The delivery is always late, no matter how close the outlet is. The pizza tastes below average, looks messy, and feels like it's just filled with anything — no proper toppings, no consistency.
Every time I complain, the store manager simply says to come and pick it up myself. Then why even offer home delivery in the app if you can’t handle it? If there aren’t enough delivery staff, then either hire more people or disable home delivery until you can fulfill it properly.
If the store isn’t selling well or can’t handle basic customer service, maybe it’s time to close it down. It’s better than fooling customers with fake delivery promises and substandard food.
Domino’s needs to seriously improve or be more honest with what it can deliver. Totally dissatisfied.

Read moreThe delivery boy called me at around 8.45pm, he was not the the delivery location but claimed that he was and then switched off his phone. I tried to contact the store as well as the delivery boy for 20 minutes but store phone no one answered n delivery boy phone was switched off. Almost 1 hour after the order the delivery boy switched on his phone n I found out that he was standing in the lane behind the delivery location but instead of delivering the order by foot as it was less than 50-70 meters walk, he stood there for 20 minutes. My order was totally cold by now so I asked to speak to the store manager. Store manager Sumeet Kumar Giri told me at around 9pm that he is sending a replacement of my order, so I did not receive the original order and waited for my order. Still 1 hour later I did not receive my order and the store manager kept ignoring my calls. And then at around 10.15pm he blatantly cancelled my order without consulting me. I had to go to the store myself at 10.20pm to take the delivery of my order. The store manager did not even give me his supervisor’s number or email even when I asked for it. Both the delivery boy and store manager have zero customer service had they just delivered even if it was late I wouldn’t have written this complaint but the fact that these jokers did not even bother to deliver my order even after 2 hours I want these guys to be handled properly. I want to know what is the outcome and action being taken by the store on this.

When the order arrived it was incomplete and the pizza was cold and stale. Taco was missing. I asked the delivery person to hand me the pizzas and reduce the amount of the taco. To which he disagreed. When he called his store manager, the manager asked him to bring back the whole order. The store manager is such a pathetic and rude person. I waited for 1 hour just for this kind of service from Dominos?
The delivery person over the call with his manager was shouting at him by saying how many times in a day will you dispatch incomplete orders. Means this was a repetitive thing that the store manager is doing in a single day, maybe purposefully.
