🍽️ Honest Review: Hanuman Dhaba – Simple Setup, Amazing Food!
If you’re looking for a no-fuss place with delicious, comforting food, Hanuman Dhaba is the spot to try. It’s not fancy — but it delivers where it matters.
✅ What to Expect:
Simple Seating: The dining area isn't fancy, but it's perfectly fine for a dhaba. It’s just a place to sit, eat, and enjoy — don’t expect luxury vibes.
Fantastic Food: The star of the show is the food. Every dish is full of flavor — the kind that makes you come back again and again.
Here's what I recommend:
Dal Tadka
Kadhai Paneer
Buttery Naans 🫓
Salad & Chach (buttermilk) 🥗
These items together make for the perfect, comforting Indian meal. Yes, the food is a bit oily — but it’s the good kind of oily, and totally fine if you’re eating here once in a while (like every couple of weeks).
Friendly Staff: The staff is kind, cooperative, and quick with service. The owner is polite and seems to care about the customer experience.
Affordable Prices: The pricing is very reasonable, especially for the quality and quantity you get. It’s perfect for students, solo diners, or families looking for a break from cooking.
Parking Available: There’s plenty of parking space right outside on the road — big plus!
⭐ Final Verdict:
Hanuman Dhaba is one of those hidden gems — no fancy interiors, just great food, good people, and fair prices.
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4.5/5) ✔️ Flavorful food ✔️ Reasonable prices ✔️ Friendly staff ❌ Basic seating (but expected at a dhaba)
Highly recommended if you’re craving homestyle North Indian food without breaking the bank. Perfect for students, families, or anyone who just wants a solid,...
Read moreWarning for worst food ever!!! I had today lunch in this location (I honestly would not dare to use word restaurant here) and had the worst restaurant food ever. I took the exotic sounding Aloo paratha with curd. The curd was canned food and tasted terrible. Also the consistence of the curd was nothing but disgusting. Two unpeeled cooked potatoes completed the portion - that much for the aloo paratha, rating 0/5. My aloo paratha was burned steak, No taste, no visual impression, would rate that 1/5.
And on top of all that I was required to pay the higher lunch prices, have to pay for burned smelly sour food too. This I consider unarmed robbery! And when giving feedback the answer was just “yha tou aise hi chalta hai '. I didn't eat the single bite of that food after testing it, ordered something else. But they charged me for both of the portions.
I honestly hope that nobody needs to make...
