Jal Mahal Restaurant — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

I am staying at ITC Rajputana and this restaurant is one of the best in Jaipur. I had breakfast at Jal Mahal, which has one of the best spreads I have ever come across. They have cakes, croissants and muffins for the sweet tooth and also healthy breakfast options like fresh juice, cut fruits, muesli, cereals, cold cut meats etc. They specialise in Indian breakfast and eggs. There are live counters for Paratha, chai, Dosas, Pancakes,Waffles and Eggs. My favourite two dishes were Masala Omlette with Cheese cooked to perfection and the Ghee Podi Dosa with Cheese. I have to say the Dosa couldn't have been any better and the people behind it Chef Anurag, Yatendra and Sudhir deserve the appreciation. Much said the entire team at Jal Mahal including the servers the managers and chefs deserve the appreciation for providing a dining experience like no other. Kudos...

Exceptional hospitality: The food, ambience and hospitality has been of par excellence. Quality food: They served soaked almonds and morning tea with smile. What a beautiful start f the day. At Home: Any request was catered to with smile. Lovely variety of spread: You name it and they had it. Treated a kid with affection. Especially Mr Anil and Mr. Francis Felt at home every time we came here: Dinners were served with equal warmth. And would with refreshing coffee. Ratan ji, is amazing.
