I had a really bad experience at Kanha Restaurant. The service was very poor and it made me unhappy. We have always been fond of Kanha chain and regulary visited kanha at different locations. It was the worst of behaviour they showed today. We had asked for disposable glasses for our chaach since my husband is not comfortable in using the reusable plastic glasses but they gave us plastic ones only and refused to act on our request for which we paid. The staff kept staring at us, which felt uncomfortable. After we finished our meal, even though there were literally only two other people sitting there and plenty of empty tables, they asked us to leave saying we do not have any pending orders and we must not sit there for long. Long hours? We entered at 2pm and they asked us to leave at 3pm itself! This was very disappointing, especially because we used to go to Kanha Restaurant often. I don't think I'll go there again because of this experience. And I would suggest no one to atleast visit the vidhyadhar location of Kanha, vaishali nagar is still decent but avoid Vidhyadhar nagar location to your best of...

So till summer vacations, we decided to take our little munchkin out for treats every weekend. This time we chose Kanha, very close to our place in the hot summer. First of all I gave the atmosphere 3 stars, because we felt its conditioning was not up to the mark, even though we changed our seats as well. Secondly we ordered a few things, rawa masala dosa, tandoori burger combo and bambaiya sandwich along with fresh lime soda, every order of ours came one by one not together that too after reminding them again and again. So we could not enjoy our order together. No doubt all the food was well prepared and delicious. So for food items five stars, but at the same time service was not up to the mark. Definitely they can work on their service. Yes, at the end they gave us three micromini complementary tasters (dhaniyamirchi chaach, jaljeera and one more) out of these, I loved dhaniya mirchi chaach.
