Momo Adda — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Undoubtedly best Momos kudos to the kitchen team who have been maintaining same taste since the opening, but unfortunately the owners don't deserve loyal customers ,here is my experience which made me rate this place 1 star and I am not going to be there just became of the people their at the cash desk (as nothing else they are good at other than counting money)

I visited on 25th at their drive in place where they happily offer food in car, the order taker approached my car i instantly asked him how long for steamed momos as i was in rush at the same time craving for momos he said 8-10min, i asked him to bring after which he started his upselling (which should never done when you see a customer on quick bites) he assured he can get me Chicken crispy momos in same time that is 8-10 min so i went for it., As it was rush I had limited space to park my car while waiting for Momos for exactly 12mins i honked but no response, I had to move ahead because of traffic behind me made a turn and came back at same place, asked for my order which now was already over 15mins , they had no clue what is going on. No choice but I had to drive away as could not bare any more with such mis management.

After my previous day experience i still chose to visit again next day this time I decided to dine just so would be better for them to serve as it was raining. I asked for a peri peri fries , chicken crispy Momos on which cashier told me won't be possible as there is no electricity and I said okay for now serve me just peri peri fries and while eating fries hopefully if electricity is back I can get my crispy Momos, he asked kitchen team and surprisingly he said it will be possible for crispy Momos as well together I said great let's order than. Wallah patiently waited for my order and guess what I got Veg assorted instead of chicken assorted. I immediately brought it to the attention of cashier with whom i placed the order, least bothered and concerned. Finished up what we didn't want to actually but at the end momos are momos so finished up all.

After finishing up i asked for my bill which he kept at lower cash counter instead of upper desk (where customer rest hands) so i asked how much he said 220 but I heard 320 i made UPI payment of 320 but realised seems quite expensive for just fries and momos, went back asked for the amount again was told 220 , i asked for 100 refund which I got immediately but the moment I was leaving he said "aapka kal k order ka bhi payment pending hai!!!!!"" can you believe he dared to charge me for the food which was never delevered and never consumed. Infant he did know that I have overpaid 100 he chose not to inform rather he chose to keep it and when asked for it justifying for yesterday order this is clearly a sign how honestly you are doing business!!!

The only reason I won't visit this restaurant ever again is the bad attitude of people there towards a problem. I don't expect them to appolosiz e but they are so stubborn head they don't want to look at the real issue rather they are focused on how to take money from customer for meals they didn't take. I wish I could talk to the founder of the company and share this experience in person and tell him how he is loosing a loyal customer forever.

Hot and tasty momos with cozy ambience. Cool place for young crowd. Must visit!

The owner was pretty chill guy. We were 8 people and reached at 11pm - he kept the restaurant open for us till post midnight .

He recommended his best dishes and we loved them and even ordered several repeats.

Kothe chicken momos and some veg paneer gravy momos were damn awesome! 5 star for them.

Crispy chicken was nice. Mojito was fine too. Shake was too sweet for me though.

Our group blasted music and danced inside the serving room.

Definitely going to visit again!

If you are a momo lover, definitely you should visit this place. They have a wide range of momos. Their corn cheese fried momos were so yum and apart from momos you also get other snacks as well. The sitting capacity is low but the ambiance is worthy. You can try different summer refreshing drinks at Momo Adda. The staff working there is very polite and dedicated. We also asked about the cooking style of momos. He said he fry momos each time in fresh oil, that's what we don't see at many places.
