We had ordered a honey cake (2 pounds) for ₹1800, but when we received the delivery, it turned out to be a butterscotch cake instead. Honestly, the quality of the cake felt like it was worth ₹500, not ₹1800.

When we raised a complaint and requested a replacement (we didn’t even ask for a refund), the response was disappointing. They outright refused, stating that the cake was already made, and still insisted on taking the balance payment.

If you’re considering customized cakes, think twice before choosing them. You’re better off going with trusted brands like Brown Sugar or other well-known bakeries.

I will update this review if I’m contacted again by the person who made the cake and provided a resolution.

Update - I got a message from their team, that they will call me and provide assurance, but no call yet. When i further enquire they messaged, that they will call again.
