Oven The Bakery — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

I ordered a Tiramisu cake from their bakery as a surprise for my sister's 18th birthday as I'm not with her currently. I ordered it via Zomato and it was delivered in very nice condition and my sister was so happy to receive it. But when she cut and tasted it, it tasted sour, and felt too stale.

As the bakery was near my home, so my family went there, and returned the remaining cake and talked with them, both of their owners/ managers agreed on the fact that they were at fault. Still they are not processing my refund and telling me to take a replacement today only :) Like do I have my sister's birthday for two days? She literally started feeling vomiting after eating this stale cake. And when asked about sour taste, then they start saying that have you ever eaten tiramisu, it contains rum and whatever so, I've eaten tiramisu dessert before in an Italian cafe and it was very good, bitter sweet chocolate and coffee taste. If you search on google about the sour taste of tiramisu, then it clearly states - stale or rancid dessert.

Their reviews on Zomato are already bad. And their outlet lady has the audacity to tell me that I can post whatever review I want. Literally ruined my surprise and my lil sister 18th birthday night by sending a stale cake. They are just looting customers by selling expensive cakes and that is too stale :)

(Ps:- I wonder how they get 4.9 rating on google maps, and customers fall...

One of the finest baker in Jaipur .it's new branch open in vaishali nagar and it's really amazing place .each and every dish is delicious i ordered dark chocolate, flower cake, cookies and vergin mojito all are delicious. dark chocolate was awesome and texture was so smooth and you'll really get the the rich tast .the baked stuff tastes mouth watering and the drinks are too good .the interior is vibrant and has soothing vibes. OVEN staff Mr.ayush sharma is very friendly and well behaved.good place to hangout with friends . overall i was very pleased with my visit here. Almost all bakers of Jaipur are doing great and they have good taste in their bake but one thing is most important for attracte to everyone that is the staff and owner behaviour.
