Update 3:- They asked to sign the bill copy and later inform that they dont have the "free gift" which is mentioned in the bill.. And they told us that will be calling back when they have it in stock.
After waiting for almost 1 month they haven't called back! Pl dont ask me to share my number here.. You have it with you have the courtesy to call your customers and keep your promises.

All these 5* reviews are fake and made by their consultants. Have a lot to say about them but will save your time by saying their after sale service is very very poor. The contact number goes to helpine where no help is provided. Nobody has called yet. Long story- My AC unit has not been delivered after more than 24 hours! Installation of which can only be done once its delivered. Installation of water purifier is also not done even after 24 hours of purchasing!! They are charging 250 rs for delivery at 6km distance. Gimmicks like online billing, apps that take address/ floor fail when basic decency is missing. And they will call when they have it in stock, which i believe is not gonna happen.
Work ethics is really really poor, consultant Tanya just left the floor once payment was done, we had to ask one person or the other to put the purifier in the car.
AC purchasing was too much a hassle. Once they weigh your budget they just nudge you towards brands/models most profitable to them (they claim they dont work on commission). Will not shy away from lying to your face. I was told that installation was not free for ogeneral and tried to trick me into buying sth else. I stood adamant, later while going down the lift i was cheekily told (by another consultant) that installation was indeed free for ogeneral ....
I suggest to come to this store Pre-researched, be adamant with what you want- brand model 5* 3* ratings, be patient with payment (it took nearly 20minutes for them to be done, where consultants hog up the billing counter), be ready to pick your own stuff from the floor (because your consultant will be gone once you pay). Such negligence not only highlights the poor customer service standards of your store but also shows a complete lack of responsibility and respect towards customers who make advance payments and rely on your commitments.
Because of your storeās failure, I had to suffer direct financial loss by paying for idle carpenters and civil workers for two days. Still, your store has chosen to remain silent and has failed to even acknowledge the seriousness of the issue.
I must put on record that this level of ignorance and irresponsibility is damaging your storeās reputation and has completely shaken my trust in Lotus Electronics.
