Pizza Hut | Gopalpura Bypass, Jaipur — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Do not order online from this store from any food service app specially Swiggy, on last Sunday I order 4 loaded bread strix and ultimate tandoori veggie pizza and 2 dipping, there veggies on pizza was completely spilled in the box, food was cold and uncooked and got only one dipping out of 2, I raised a complain right away after receiving order from Swiggy, with proof of pictures without eating anything.

Delivery guy was trying to hide one box and may be one dipping which I missed, he gave me the box once I show concern and counting order in front of him. But I didn't check the dipping that time.

Swiggy and restaurant did not take responsibility of this either of poor quayof foods and incomplete food delivery. Waste of money and garbage food at...

I ordered 6 large pizza at 10 pm. Paid Rs 4000 upfront. The email notification said delivery of 10:35 pm. There was no delivery done till 11:15 pm. When we went to the store, they had still not made the pizza. Also the delivery person didn't want to deliver it as it was not profitable for him.
