Last evening, I had the pleasure of visiting Holiday Inn Express, Gopalpura Bypass Road, and dined at their restaurant Sitara. I was truly amazed by the outstanding service provided by Mr. Devendra—so quick, attentive, and efficient. I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to Chef Sachin Chauhan, who customized my meal exactly the way I wanted. The Dal Khichdi he prepared was absolutely out of this world.

I promise that whenever I’m in Jaipur, I will make it a point to visit this restaurant again—especially for these two incredible individuals.

The restaurant is at the 12th floor rooftop with direct lift access. We were greeted by the Restaurant staff and he suggested us the seat with the perfect view of jaipur city in the night. We ordered Chineese items among which the Chilly Mushroom were really very well prepared. Singaporean Noodles had limited portion for 2adults ans 1 kid. Additionally, the Thin Crust Pizza was well cooked. The stand out drink was the cool cucumber cocktail which is the signature summer cooler drink here and it is every paisa worth it!
