I ordered (order no. 16122596) two pizzas at 08:05 pm and the app showed delivery by 08:35 pm.
NOTE : THEIR FOOD HANDLING IS THE WORST. All the Delivery Guys hold the pizza boxes IN VERTICAL POSITION. - like this ๐ผ
it was then Marked delivered before the delivery. I Waited for more than 30 minutes after given estimated delivery time. Called twice the Pizza Hut helpline number but no response came from the restaurant. Delivery man called after 50+ minutes of the order and was making excuses for the delay. (I.e. he was unable to find my address + too much rush. In fact he never called me to ask about my address like usual delivery man does.) Then Talked to the manager. Manager argued with me about the lack of training of staff and how it usually happens in the newly opened restaurants or in this case pizza hut. Accepted his mistake of no delivery in stipulated time. Then after arguing with him over the call the manager compensated with one extra pizza from my order.
The order got delivered around 10pm (AFTER nearly TWO HOURS OF ORDER) after calling PH to confirm. i paid the amount and when i opened the boxes i found out that the pizzas were NOT FRESHLY BAKED BUT REHEATED and delivered to me. I had one of the worst experience from this Pizza Hut. Waste of money & Waste of time.
I am Highly disappointed with the professionalism of this Pizza Hut's management. Improve your services and train the staff + delivery men to give service in time.
The customer should not be kept waiting for more than an hour without providing the information.

The staff and the delivery guy don't clock the time in their system if it gets past 30+ minutes... The delivery guy started making excuses for the late delivery. This time he sent another delivery guy because he was afraid that i would complain about him. I had to return the pizza after seeing their handling of the food. The manager or staff never called me on that day to discuss what went wrong.
Pizza Hut's customer support was not reachable at all.
It mostly happens when the owner just want to make money and doesn't care...

Pizza Hut has seriously dropped the ball with their new range of garlic bread and pizzas. The quality has gone from decent to downright pathetic.
