The Roll Express outlet is almost a hole in the wall kind of outlet, you blink and you miss it. Located to the right side of Gandhi Path in Vaishali Nagar, about 150m towards the Jaipur Delhi Highway from the Junction of Gandhi Path and road coming from Amrapali Circle. The place operates out of modest tenements and has very little in the name of sitting space, the seats are basically cane and Reed stools. However, the place scores where it matters, food, rolls I mean, because rolls are the only things they serve. They have a huge variety of them. Reasonably priced, as students are the predominant clientele. A single egg single chicken roll which is quite succulent and filling costs Rs 70, can vouch for it as I tasted it there. Most rolls with the single filling variety cost under Rs 100. Double whammies and beyond of eggs and filling range from Rs130-185. This place is very bad. I placed an order and waited for approximately 30 minutes. The staff were chilling and doing some other work. I asked them multiple times for food, but they always said "5 minutes." After 30 minutes, when I was leaving the place, they saw me and did nothing, as if they weren't interested in serving food. The brand name Roll Express misleads you into believing this place has good quality rolls as well. But it is not so. Yes it does provide tasty rolls but the outlet in Mansarovar is much better and professional than this one. The staff here are rather new and behave unprofessional.
