Subway Mansarovar Jaipur — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Yesterday evening, I went to Subway with my friends. We have visited this outlet several times before, but this time the staff’s behavior was extremely disappointing. Firstly, hygiene was not maintained at all — the male staff member was preparing non-veg items and then using the same gloves to prepare veg items, which is completely unacceptable.

Secondly, despite the fact that there was no rush, we had to wait for nearly 20 minutes just to get our order taken. When we politely asked how much more time it would take, he casually replied that it would take “another half an hour.” That means customers are expected to wait almost 50 minutes for a simple order. When we expressed concern, his response was rude and dismissive, saying “wait if you want, otherwise don’t.”
