The Crust — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Zero was not the option otherwise i would have given zero star rating.

Today i am very disappointed with the service of ‘The crust’. I am a regular customer from last 2 years. But i was wrong i guess. Today i ordered a fruit cake worth rs 1600 from the crust mansarovar in the morning 10 am and asked for pickup around 6 pm. And i reached there at 7:45 pm. Cake was ready but corners were sagging. Fruit were falling down. Name tag was faded. And after 1 hour when we cut the cake tht cake was that soft even we cant hold it by spoon. That was horrable. My day was badly spoiled. And also i felt ashamed in from of my family for this I told people there. Their answer was sorry sir.

A fruit cake of 2 pound costs around 800 from other bakers. But i spent 1600, almost double but in return do we expect sorry and poor services. Are we paying double amount for this kind of unprofessionalism. This was my last transaction from the crust. I am also thinking to post pics on youtube and facebook so that people will se inprofesional behaviour of your brand.

I was very surprised by the answer of your people. Sir this happend in transit. If that was the fact then your people should check things before giving...

Public Awareness – Crust Bakery, Mansarovar

I want to share a concerning experience my husband and I had today at the Crust Bakery branch in Mansarovar. We visited the outlet and ordered paneer patties. Before purchasing, we specifically asked if the food was fresh, and were assured that it was.

However, shortly after consuming the patties, both of us began to feel unwell. We had to visit a doctor and were diagnosed with food poisoning.

This experience was not only disappointing but also dangerous to our health. I strongly urge Crust Bakery to take immediate steps to ensure food safety and hygiene. And for others – please be cautious and double-check before trusting claims about food freshness at this branch.

We got cashenut cookies khatai and they had stones in them and imagine afterwards… the minute i bit into it i felt i ate something really tough that affected my tooth.. and yes it was a small stone the taste is good but then few things pls keep in mind this is just what should differentiate you from any ordinary bakery as the hygiene and food safety standards should be at a level. Apart from that prices are really high for the quality and food you give out especially cakes theres compound chocolate that has been used in cakes which is not pure chocolate still the cakes and pastries are priced as if in cafes.. too much and not that great taste...
