Pathetic service and the worst customer experience ever.

Visited Town Coffee, Vidyut Nagar, and I regret it completely. I ordered two coffee, and after waiting 45 minutes, I found out they had given my order to someone else without even realizing it. I was sitting at my table the whole time while they were clueless at the counter.

When I approached them, they were completely blank and just said, “We’ll deliver soon” which took another 15 minutes. Total waste of time.

The situation was handled terribly by both Mr. Ramesh (Store Manager) and Mr. Lalit(Floor manager), who were present but refused to accept their mistake or take any real responsibility for the delay and confusion. Instead of resolving the issue, they acted indifferent and careless.

The staff is untrained, the management is irresponsible, and the place is poorly run. Never recommending Town Coffee Vidyut Nagar to anyone. Absolutely the worst service and experience. Avoid...

The coffee was amazing but served lukewarm. They served the coffee first and took a long time (10 minutes+) to get my almond croissant. The croissant was cold on arrival. How?! I don't get it. I literally counted 12 employees (see pic) just loitering around and they can't co-ordinate basic things like hot coffee and warm croissant. The manager was responsive, though, and made sure my 2nd coffee was hot.

The red velvet cake was definitely not fresh; it was dry. I asked if it was fresh and was LIED TO. The almond croissant was fresh, though. My daughter loved her Belgian hot chocolate.

Overly hyped place, expensive plus wait time is too long for order. Almost 15 employees and they can serve order in the right format. We asked our coffee to be served with garlic bread, the coffee came late but first in the order , than came the garlic bread after multiple followups and then came out pizza. If u have ordered 2...3 items ...don't expect them to serve you all at once...u need to eat one item...wait for 10..15 mins then eat second item then wait for 15..20 min ..the ur third order will come. This is bad. Coconut coffee is just average , small glass filled half with ice and so less coffee on this price. If I have to try chinese..I will better go to daniel's kitchen in the same lane then trying this. I have had better coffees than town coffee in...
