We had a worst experience at Zeest Sky Lounge and Bar. Despite having a confirmed prior booking, we were made to wait for over 40 minutes with absolutely no coordination or update from the staff. When we finally asked for an explanation, instead of offering any help, the staff started arguing with us, saying “everyone here has a booking” – as if that justified the mess. The way they spoke was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. No apology, no solution, just attitude. We ended up leaving without even getting a table. The worst experience we have ever had. I'm still frustrated like how the service of this place can be soo much worse than even a very low-standard restaurant/cafe.

We called before booking and they said they can accommodate 20people, but the arrangement done by them was pathetic. We had our dinner in the dark.

Veg food options were limited and that too the worst we've ever had except the crispy corn.

No one had a good time there. They even charged a ₹60-₹70 bottle at ₹300 and even justifying that this is a standard thing we do.

We just came here because of the name of HYAAT and it truly led us down and even my image spoiled infront...

I had one of the worst dining experiences at this restaurant Zest. The service was extremely slow and absolutely pathetic. When the food finally arrived, it was a huge letdown.
